Trouble logging in?
If you do not receive a password reset email within 30 minutes:
- Check your spam folder. If the message went to spam, we recommend adding @Hach.com to your email client's list of approved domains.
- Clear the cache/browsing history from the Control Panel and your web browser. The best browser to use for the Hach website is Google Chrome.
- Re-register using Create an Account and fill out the required information on the registration page, including Hach account number if applicable, to receive access to your account management features within 24 hours of placing an order.
