Service Partnership Overview 

Choose the location where you would like your instruments serviced, maintained and repaired:

Premium Plus Service

At your location

The Premium Plus Service Program provides full coverage for instruments up to eight years old. This is the ideal option if you value on-site service and are looking for an all-inclusive plan with a fixed annual cost.

Hach’s Premium Plus Service Program provides you with dual-coverage by including both regular preventive field maintenance visits at factory-recommended intervals, as well as priority response time in the event of unexpected breakdowns, at your preferred location: at your site or in our Central Service Center*, at no extra costs.

Plus, the Premium Plus Service Program takes convenience to the next level by including all wear and spare parts that are needed during the Hach Service maintenances and repairs.

 

Yearly Fee Covers:


  • Field maintenance work
  • Any required Field and/or Central repairs
  • Travel and/or Shipping expenses
  • All wear and spare parts required during a Hach Service work
  • On-site breakdown response time of 2 working days
  • On-bench service time of 3 working days

*PLEASE NOTE: All benchtop and portable laboratory instruments can only be repaired at our European Service Center. As a result, all onsite repair and onsite response times are excluded for these models. Contact us for more information.

Central Plus Service

At Hach Service Center

The Central Plus Service Program is an all-inclusive plan with services performed at the Hach Service Center. This plan is ideal for laboratory and portable instruments and online sensors that are easy to ship. It is a great option if you are looking for the most economical full-coverage plan or if you need service for a small number of instruments.

The Hach Central Plus Service Program provides you with preventive maintenance in our Central Service Center, as well as priority repairs in our Central Service Center in the event of unexpected breakdown.

Plus, expenses for shipping, labor and parts are covered automatically.

  • Central Service Center maintenance work
  • All Central Service Center repair work on equipment
  • Free loaner instruments during service (subject to availability)
  • Shipping expenses
  • All wear and spare parts required during Hach service
  • On-bench service time of 3 working days

 

Additional Service Partnership Options to Choose From:

Field Plus Service

At your location

With Field Plus Service, you receive ongoing preventative maintenance only at factory-recommended intervals for qualified Hach Service Technicians PLUS, all necessary wear parts that are needed during the Hach Service visit. This is a lower-cost option with on-site service and do not need repair coverage.

Central Maintenance Service

At Hach Service Center

The Central Maintenance Program provides you with preventative maintenance only in our Central Service Center. It is the most economical option if you value maintenance service with annual certification and do not need the repair coverage or onsite convenience offered with other service plans. Shipping expenses, labor and wear parts are included.
