UK Service Hotline provides essential contact with a trained engineer to identify and resolve instrument failures remotely.

Understanding the needs of our customers has always been a priority for HACH LANGE. In our continuing commitment to improving quality, reliability and service of our instrument range.

HACH LANGE are delighted to announce the launch of their new free UK service hotline helpdesk. In making the announcement, HACH LANGE aim to provide more intimate contact with their UK customer base to better understand customer issues and thereby provide them with a superior level of service.

HACH LANGE understand that process/line stoppage imposes serious costs to the industries we serve. When unforseen problems arise it is critical to minimise the downtime and get the process up and running with the least possible delay.

The launch of the Service Hotline provides essential contact with a trained engineer to identify and resolve instrument failures remotely. Also ensuring that if a back to base or site repair is necessary, it is planned effectively and efficiently.

Spearheading the launch has been the recent appointment of an experienced industrial Service Engineer, Darren Munday, who will provide the immediate point of contact for customers, bringing technical expertise and reducing the dependency and costs associated with on-site service.

Darren boasts over 20 years engineering experience with BNFL, Colinsons Livestock Feeding Systems, Endress & Hauser and Molson Coors giving him a crucial end user perspective of technical installation, service repair and instrument calibration.

Resolving your issues:

  •     Emergency troubleshooting – minimising service downtime and call out costs
  •     Damage limitation – recommending and sourcing spares
  •     Access to test equipment calibration certificates  - meeting ISO9001 needs
  •     Provision of user manuals and software releases – keeping systems updated
  •     Undertaking small scale application projects – helping determine feasibility
